Isabel Gorgoso

Telecommunications Engineer that began her professional career at Nortel Networks in international projects. In 2005 she joined IZO, a leading company in CX, where she held different positions, being part of the Management Committee.
At the end of 2011, she joined Iberdrola as CX Manager of Customer Service until 2019, that she was appointed Head of Public Recharging and Head of Smart Cities until 2021, when she joined Cepsa leading new mobility models based on clean energies.
